10's Are Champions, Too NEW MARSKE U-10's last night emulated the senior's title success by securing the TJFA NR Division 2 title with a 3-0 win over Beechwood. After a nervous and goalless first half, New Marske opened the scoring just two minutes after the break when BILLY WARD danced through the Beechwood defence before smashing the ball into the top corner. Two goals from JAKE STEEL settled the game; his first a tap in after Jack Morris' shot stopped short of the goal line, and his second a far post header from Billy Ward's cross.

Achieves Level 2 Coaching Award UNDER 10's coach, Colin Howells has succesfully completed the level 2 Certificate in Coaching Football. The qualification is matched to the Level 2 National Occupational Standards for Coaching, Teaching and Instructing and sits at Level 2 of the National Qualifications Framework. The qualification is recognised to contribute to the achievements of Part One of the UEFA 'B' Coaching Award.
